Long Island is actually a long, 100-mile long island that could be described as:

• quiet one-story America next to the largest metropolis in the Western Hemisphere; 

• place where New York City elite (and non-elite too) go for rest and reside; 

• the historic"Gold Coast” area, famous during the "Gilded Age" of America, as described in the novels of Francis Scott Fitzgerald, Theodore Dreiser and other writers of the late 19th and early 20th centuries; 

• unique beaches, cliffs and dunes; 

• castles and mansions, parks, gardens and greenhouses, museums and castles again; 

• villages and clubs of billionaires, where everything is not the way you imagined them; 

• wineries, breweries and distilleries; 

• lighthouses and jazz festivals. 

The Long Island tour starts at 9am in the lobby of your hotel. During the tour, we will make the following major stops: 

• Venue of the two World's Fairs in New York, Flushing Meadows Park, Queens; 

• park, arboretum and Coe Hall mansion; 

• Sagamore Hill - "Summer White House", the residence of US President Theodore Roosevelt 

• one of the largest castles in the United States, Oheka Castle, where we will have lunch (the cost of lunch is not included in the tour); 

• the beaches and mansions of the Hamptons - a billionaire holiday village. We will go to one of the "billionaire beaches", dip our feet into the Atlantic Ocean (according to the weather:); 

• a small museum of modern art (depending on the schedule and seasonality); 

• local wine tasting at the best winery in Long Island; 

• a lighthouse at the very end of the island. 

All of the stops listed above are great places for the best photos!

After the lighthouse, we head back home to New York, the ride back will take about 3 hours.
