☞ Where do we meet our tour guide?
Your private tour starts in the lobby of your NYC hotel, apartment or any address in NYC you provide, where your licensed NYC tour guide meets you and invites you to his comfortable and spacious SUV to the New York tour of Your Life!
☞ Where does the tour end?
We end our private tour wherever in City you wish, be it your hotel, nice restaurant, Broadway theater, observation deck on a skyscraper, boat to Statue of Liberty, or helicopter pad.
☞ What time does the tour start?
We usually begin our tours on 9AM or 10AM, but if you need an earlier or later start, please let us know.
☞ Is the lunch break planned?
– Lunch is not usually not included in the tour as it takes a lot of our valuable tour time! – We can always make a short coffee or snack break either on the streets to try famous NYC street food or one of the 30,000 restaurants, cafes or delis of our city – We recommend to end the tour at a restaurant for a full-size lunch or early dinner, while making a short coffee/snack break during the tour
☞ How many people will be in the group?
– Since this is your private tour, there'll be not other people on the tour besides you and your party – Our car can comfortably seat 6 passengers
☞ Children: what's the minimal age?
– There are no age restrictions on our private tours – In case you're traveling with babies or toddlers, child car seats are required, please bring them with you, or we can provide one, please let us know before the tour
☞ What if it rains? (bad weather)
We recommend checking the weather forecast before the tour and dressing according to weather conditions. On rainy days, we recommend taking an umbrella or a raincoat. We also carry plenty of additional umbrellas in the car. If the weather forecast predicts heavy rain, hurricane wind, average temperature below 40°F (+5°C) or above 82°F (+28°C), we will do shorter walks and add more car time. There will be stops, but in a limited format. In case of natural disasters, such as snowfall, hurricane or heat above 100°F (+38°C), the tour is rescheduled or canceled with a full refund of the price.

– If your party is from 1 to 6 ppl - we'll tour you in our GMC Yukon XL – It is a TLC (Taxi and Limousine Commission of New York City) licensed Black SUV Limousine Car – If your party is from 7 to 14 persons, we'll use a full-size van Mercedes Sprinter or Ford Transit type, the price will differ from a tour on an SUV
☞ Who'll be our tour guide?
Your guide will be Yaroslav Bondarenko He has been doing group and individual tours in New York for the last 10+ years. The guide is licensed by the State of New York, License #: 2079305-DCA and a proud member of the Guides Association of New York (GANYC) Yaroslav is a professional guide, well versed in the history, art, architecture and history of New York City.
☞ Visiting observation decks on skyscrapers
Visiting skyscrapers’ observation decks is not included in our tour We do not include visiting skyscrapers in our route, as it takes a lot of time (at least two hours)
☞ Visiting Statue of Liberty
Visit to Liberty Island is not included in the tour The Statue of Liberty is located on an island in New York Bay about 1.5 miles (2.5 km) from Manhattan. As a rule, visiting Liberty Island takes at least 3 hours. To get to Liberty Island, you need to take a ferry. Waiting in lines takes about 2 hours

Museum visits are not included in the sightseeing tour If you would like to visit a museum with a guide, we offer private tours of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, MoMA, and the Natural History Museum
